I'm so glad you're here

I can help you work through your stuff. The messy parts that you don’t want other people to see. Your pain and wounds, they matter along with all the things they expose such as depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self sabotage, criticism, fear and people pleasing to name a few.

EMDR has been a profound game changer in my practice. I’ve seen EMDR help clients overcome lifelong negative themes, most commonly; “I’m not enough and I don’t matter.” I have personally benefitted from EMDR in my own healing.

It’s an honor to help people navigate and reconcile the pain from their past to create a better future for themselves, their families and generations to come. It brings me such joy to see people find freedom from the shame and negative beliefs that have haunted them. I have witnessed profound change in the people I have walked beside on this journey. It’s not all sadness and pain, there is a lot of beauty too.

“The world breaks everyone and afterwards many are strong at the broken places.” ~Hemingway
